NEXT DAY - NATIONWIDE DELIVERY - 5000+ STOCKED ITEMS READY FOR DISPATCH SAME DAY

Our network of couriers have been individually selected based on their performance and customer feedback.

Local deliveries are carried out by our own fleet of vans and vehicles. Local deliveries are Manchester, Bolton, Trafford park and the surrounding areas including Walkden, Wigan, Eccles, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport and many more.

We also provide nationwide deliveries using a selected network of couriers. Royal mail and Interlink provide our smaller parcel deliveries with Tuffnells and Chorlton Express delivering our much larger items & loads. You can be rest assured that your item will arrive nearly every time next day.

Some of the products we have listed provide a direct delivery service which ensures that we provide the quickest delivery possible. Youngman steps & ladders, screws & fixings, ceiling tiles and drylining materials in certain circumstances can be delivered direct from the manufacturer or selected partners.

  • Deliveries are calculated on the total weight of the products purchased.
  • You will not be charged any more than £10.00 Incl. VAT per item. (unless there is a small handling charge for oversized items) Most deliveries will be cheaper as this is an example of the delivery costs for the suspended ceiling tiles.
  • If you want to discuss the delivery costs or have a large order which may be subject to additional discounts, then please contact our sales team on 01204 792332.
  • MAX DELIVERY COSTS - £60.00 Including VAT (PALLET RATES) PLUS ANY HANDLING CHARGES FOR OVER SIZED ITEMS.
  • Ceiling tiles unless requested are not dispatched on a Friday. Ceiling tiles purchased after 10am on a Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT AIM TO MAKE MONEY ON POSTAGE AND ARE ALWAYS LOOKING AT WAYS TO MAKE OUR DELIVERY COSTS CHEAPER.

    COLLECT FROM OUR SHOP / SALES COUNTER:

    You can checkout using a collection option and therefore save on postage and handling charges. By checking out in this way the postage costs and handling charges will not be added to your cart. However you will have to collect your item from our sales counter at Albert Road, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 9EL.

    Some items are stored at our other warehouses and can be made available for collection or delivery usually next day if ordered before 3pm. Although some items may say out of stock on our website it is always worth a call to see if it is in our store being prepared or available for a next day dispatch / collection. 


    PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
    1. Some postcodes are un-deliverable in our standard rates due to the location. Please ring our friendly sales team to discuss your most economical postage costs. These are Scottish highlands, Scottish Islands or any non-mainland UK. Please check our terms and conditions to ensure that you do not fall within one of these postcodes.

    Returns Policy

    Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

    You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, less delivery costs. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

    Returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge. Some goods may not be a restockable item.

    If any goods or services are found to be defective then we shall replace or provide a refund for the defective goods only. This is the full extent of our liability. Faulty / damaged goods must be received back to our registered address within 30 days from the date shown on the invoice. Goods reported to be faulty or damaged outside of the 30 day policy will be rejected and must be dealt with direct with the manufacturer.

    Any goods returned should be in re-saleable condition.

    All costs associated with returns shall be borne by you.

    Liability If you have notified us of a problem with the goods supplied, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above then we will provide any shortage, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery. If we can not replace or repair the goods then we will provide a refund for the goods in question.

    We will not pay any compensation other than the refund for the goods. We will also not pay for any compensation for losses relating to any business of yours, such as loss of profits.

    Our goods supplied are intended for use in the UK only. We can not guarantee that the goods comply with the laws, regulations or standards outside of the United Kingdom.

    Goods are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

    We reserve the right to cancel any order of goods that have an age restriction imposed and which we believe to have been order by a customer not conforming to the restrictions imposed.

    Force Majeure We hold no responsibility for any delay or failure to deliver any product that is affected by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

    These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

    None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforce-ability of the remainder.
